Outpatient Mental Health(OMH)
Our Outpatient Mental Health Program (OMHP) provides comprehensive mental health services to individuals of all ages. We are committed to offering high-quality care that promotes emotional well-being and mental health recovery. Our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals work together to deliver integrated and personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs. AOH provides services for depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health needs including counseling for individuals, groups, couples and families, medication management and referral services for clients who struggles with substance abuse.

Admission Criteria
- Diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental illness
- Referral from a licensed mental health professional
- Assessment to determine appropriateness for the program
