Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is designed to support individuals struggling with severe mental health challenges. We focus on promoting independence, skill development, and social integration to help clients achieve their fullest potential. Our PRP aims to provide clients with the tools and support needed for long-term recovery and well-being
PRP Target Population
- Adults and/or children with severe and persistent mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression)
- Individuals transitioning from inpatient care to community living
- Persons needing support in managing daily life activities due to their mental health conditions

PRP Admission Criteria
- Diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental illness
- Referral from a licensed mental health professional
- Assessment to determine appropriateness for the program

Program Hours
Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM
